Registration for a Web Design Package

To access our web design services, register for an Account. We’ll provide access to our Client Portal for secure communication and file sharing. Anything designed by us becomes your exclusive property.

Ownership of Website Contents

Content provided by you remains your exclusive property. Nocturnal doesn’t claim ownership of your provided content. Content created by Nocturnal is owned by you.

Modifications

Every web design package includes unlimited revisions during website development. Requests for modifications can be made through the private client portal.

Hosting and Maintenance

We offer hosting and maintenance plans separate from the web design packages. These plans includes SSL installation, regular backups, security audits, and more. These services are billed monthly and can be canceled anytime.

Suspension and/or Termination

Failed payments for hosting and maintenance may lead to service suspension. Reactivation is possible within 30 days, after which, terminated accounts result in permanent content deletion.

NOCTURNAL RESERVES THE RIGHT TO AMEND ANY PORTION OF THE INCORPORATED AGREEMENTS WITH OR WITHOUT NOTICE. IT IS THE CUSTOMER’S RESPONSIBILITY TO REVIEW ALL NOCTURNAL POLICIES FREQUENTLY TO ENSURE COMPLIANCE.
